EZRA Card maintains a documented quality management system and supports material traceability and project-specific product testing for custom cards, card games, packaging, and related printed products.
Compliance requirements depend on the finished product, intended age group, materials, components, and destination market. We review these requirements with customers before testing and production approval.
Our quality management system has received is0 9001:2015 certification. We also work withrelevant product testing and material certification based on customer requirements.
Based on your product, destination market, and customer requirements, we can provide our current ISO 9001 certificate and applicable FSC paper documentation, or coordinate product-specific testing and compliance documents such as EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA-related testing, CPC support, CE documentation, REACH, and ISO 8124.

No. ISO 9001 applies to an organization’s quality management system and the activities included within its certified scope. It does not replace product-specific safety testing such as EN 71, ASTM F963, or CPSIA-related testing. View our quality control process →
Not automatically. FSC certified paper can be selected for eligible projects, but use of the FSC label on the finished product depends on material eligibility, chain-of-custody requirements, certificate scope, and trademark approval. These requirements should be confirmed before production.
Yes. We can prepare representative finished-product samples and coordinate project-specific EN 71 testing through a qualified third-party laboratory. The required test scope depends on the product, materials, components, intended use, age grading, and destination market.
ASTM F963 is a toy safety standard used for applicable products in the United States. CPSIA establishes requirements for applicable children’s products, including certain lead and phthalate limits. A Children’s Product Certificate is issued by the responsible manufacturer or importer based on compliant testing and supporting product information.
It may be possible when the product, materials, inks, coatings, components, construction, packaging, and applicable requirements remain unchanged. Any change to the tested specification should be reviewed before an earlier report is used for a repeat order.
We normally need the product type, intended use, intended age group, destination market, materials, inks, coatings, finishes, included components, packaging details, and any requirements provided by the customer, retailer, or importer.
