EzraCard Die-Cutting Services

Custom die-cutting services for playing cards, TCG cards, packaging, tags, tickets, and other printed products. We provide precision cutting, custom shapes, windows, perforations, tear strips, and creasing for prototype and production projects.

What Is Die-Cutting?

Die-cutting is a cutting process that uses a custom-made die to cut printed sheets, paperboard, cards, films, and other materials into a specific shape.

Unlike straight cutting, die-cutting can produce rounded corners, irregular shapes, holes, windows, perforation lines, and other custom profiles in a repeatable production process.

For card and packaging production, the die is made according to the approved artwork and dimensions. The material is then positioned and cut under controlled pressure to achieve the required shape and tolerance.

How Does the Die-Cutting Process Work?

Artwork & Die Preparation

Confirm the dimensions, cutting lines, shape, holes, windows, perforations, and other specifications, then create the cutting die.

Die-Cutting

Position the printed or laminated material and cut it using the custom die. Cutting pressure and production settings are adjusted according to the material and specifications.

Inspection & Quality Control

Check the finished products for dimensions, cutting accuracy, edge quality, alignment, and other project-specific requirements.
