MATERIALS AND PREPRESS
Before production, we confirm the specified card stock and review the artwork, dimensions, bleed, color information, dielines, finishing layers, and production instructions required for the job.
PRINTING
We select offset or digital printing according to the quantity, material, color requirements, and proofing needs. Press output is checked against the approved artwork, proof, and agreed color reference before further processing.

FINISHING AND CONVERTING
Printed sheets move through the processes specified for the product. These may include lamination, varnish, foil stamping, UV coating, embossing, die cutting, corner rounding, creasing, or cutting. The relevant result is checked before the components move to assembly.
SORTING, ASSEMBLY, AND PACKAGING
Cards are sorted and collated in the required order, then combined with the approved boxes, booklets, inserts, or other components. Packaging checks confirm the correct contents, quantities, labels, and visible condition before final inspection.

Our quality control workflow covers incoming materials, printing, post-press processing, sorting, packaging, and final inspection. Each check is made against the approved artwork, proof, sample, material specification, or packaging requirements available for that stage.
