1. How do I get an accurate quote, and what's included?

Holographic is one of our Specialty papers — a laser film laminated to a paper base (white/gray/art) with patterned rainbow diffraction. Specialty also includes pearlescent, canvas, sand and colored-core stocks.

2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and is there a reason for it?

Strictly speaking, there is no fixed MOQ. However, due to setup costs, we recommend ordering at least 500 decks for cost efficiency.

3. How do you protect my card game design and artwork?

Your intellectual property is 100% secure. All submitted files are treated as strictly confidential. We automatically operate under a standard NDA, and upon request, we can sign a custom Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before any work begins. Your artwork is used solely for your order and never for our portfolio without your explicit permission.

4. How do you ensure consistency across my entire print run, especially for a card game?

Consistency is our expertise. We employ a closed-loop color management system and run in-line quality checks throughout the entire production. For card games, we batch-produce all components together to guarantee uniform color and finish across every single card in your order.

5.What is your actual production timeline, and how do you handle shipping?

A standard production cycle is 4-6 weeks after proof approval. We provide a detailed project schedule upfront and keep you updated at every major milestone. Once complete, we partner with reliable global logistics providers (like DHL, FedEx) and will work with you to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solution, fully insured.
