We manufacture high-quality custom jigsaw puzzles for designers, educators, and game creators.
From small promotional puzzles to premium 1000-piece collector editions.

EZRA produces a wide range of custom jigsaw puzzles to serve different markets — from educational puzzles for children to large-format art puzzles for collectors.

The most common type, available in rectangular or square formats, with piece counts ranging from a few dozen to over 10,000.

Custom shapes such as hearts, leaves, and animal silhouettes, with the cutting pattern following the outline of the design rather than a standard grid.

Flat pieces that fold or interlock to build three-dimensional models, such as buildings, animals, and spheres.
Traditional jigsaw puzzles are produced using existing cutting dies, while custom-shaped and small-batch puzzles are made using laser cutting.
Choose a standard format, or tell us your own size. Piece count, piece size and board thickness work together, so the bigger the puzzle, the firmer the board should be.

12 – 100 pieces
Large, easy-to-grip pieces. Thicker board and rounded corners suit young hands.
24 – 200 pieces
Compact, postcard or travel formats for brand giveaways, events and gift sets.
500 – 1,000 pieces
The core of the adult market. Pieces average about 2.2 cm at 500 and 1.9 cm at 1,000.
1,000 – 2,000+ pieces
Premium editions and display puzzles, where fit, board stiffness and print quality matter most.
The board decides how a puzzle feels, snaps together and lasts. Choose by print quality, edge finish and budget.

Different thicknesses, such as 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 2.5 mm, can all be customized. Tell us your idea.
Printing method sets your minimum order and unit cost. The surface finish sets how the puzzle looks under room light and feels in the hand.

Yes. We can produce children’s and educational puzzles using non-toxic inks, rounded outer corners, thicker board, and larger puzzle pieces that are easier for young children to handle. Wipeable or moisture-resistant coatings are also available for repeated classroom use.
Standard puzzle orders usually require approximately 12–18 days for production after the artwork and sample are approved, excluding shipping time. Projects involving complex die cutting, special shapes, custom tooling, premium finishes, or large quantities may require additional time. The production schedule will be confirmed before sampling.
Yes. We can provide a digital proof or physical prototype for approval before mass production. A physical sample allows you to check the artwork position, color, board thickness, surface finish, cutting accuracy, packaging fit, and how well the puzzle pieces interlock.
